Verbatim provides translation services for official and administrative documents, from French into English and from English into French, as well as into other languages on request.

Every translation is delivered with a statement of accuracy, signed and stamped. Verbatim does not issue certified true copies or legalisation: those formalities fall to the competent administrations and consular authorities. Clients remain solely responsible for checking with the receiving institution exactly which documents it requires.

Verbatim does not guarantee that any administration, embassy or consulate will accept a given file — that decision rests exclusively with the authority concerned.

Intellectual property

Every element making up this site — text, structure, illustrations, visual identity, code — is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, display or adaptation, in whole or in part, without Verbatim’s prior written consent is prohibited.

Documents entrusted to us by clients remain their exclusive property. Completed translations are assigned to the client once payment is received in full.
