GCE, HND, baccalauréat, bachelor’s, master’s: your award keeps its original academic title, translated exactly and never turned into an equivalent, with a signed and stamped statement of accuracy. Flat rate of 12 000 FCFA incl. tax per award. Photograph the whole certificate, stamps included, and send it over.
A title is not an equivalence
Credential evaluators hold your award against a database of known qualifications and look for the match. Turn a licence professionnelle into a vague “degree”, or drop the specialism of an HND, and the match fails: the file waits while someone writes to ask what you actually hold.
So the original title stays visible, with a faithful rendering beside it — “Licence”, not “Bachelor’s degree”, which would be an equivalence claim. Grades keep their scale. A GCE grade stays a grade.

Before the parchment: the statement of results
The GCE Board results slip, a university’s attestation of success while the diploma is being printed: these are what most candidates hold when a deadline arrives. They translate like any award, and they open most files.

Frequently asked questions
Do you convert my diploma into its foreign equivalent?
No. A licence stays a licence, rendered precisely with its original title; saying what it equals abroad is the job of WES, universities and equivalency bodies. A translation that guesses at an equivalence does their work for them — and gets set aside for it.
My GCE certificate is already in English. Why would I need you?
If it is going to an English-speaking institution, or to Canada, you do not — and we will say so. For Campus France Cameroon, you do not need us either: its instructions send English academic records to MINESUP in Yaoundé or the Bonanjo language centre in Douala. We come in for a French university or employer outside that procedure, or for French-system diplomas going into English.
Can you translate a lost diploma from a photocopy or an attestation?
We translate what you can show us: a certified copy, a scan, or an attestation issued by the school or the examination board. If the receiving institution insists on the original, getting a duplicate is a separate step with the issuing authority.
