An international driving permit is not something I make, and no translation stands in for one. Here is where to go instead.

The permit is its own document, drawn up from your Cameroonian licence by the transport administration. The Ministry of Transport is the place to ask.
Which office, which documents, what it costs, how long it lasts: I found none of it in an official source online, and I would rather say so than pass on a figure I cannot vouch for.
